I am also an active volunteer with Rebuilding Together, St. Louis, which revitalizes neighborhoods by rehabilitating the houses of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and the disabled, so that they may continue to live independently in comfort and safety.

If I were looking for a realtor to help me with one my biggest financial investments, that person would need to have two qualifications. (1) to be the expert in the areas I was interested in and (2) to offer a high level of customer service.
When I am making important decisions, the big ones only made a few times in a lifetime, I don't take them lightly. Time is precious and I don't have infinite amounts of it to learn every detail in that particular field of knowledge. Therefore, it's important for me to find an expert that I trust. I look for someone with integrity, sincerity, experience and knowledge. When I am making big decisions I look for someone to take care of me, teach me, to synthesize the complexities and to help me make the best decision.
That's my goal when I work with a client.

I chose Circa Properties because of the brokerage's focus on the areas I work in most, St. Louis historic neighborhoods and City properties including lofts.
